Cause of lockdown, what we still have since 6 weeks, I started two or three weeks ago, can’t remember exactly, to clean and tidy up every room in our house. Of course, I couldn't avoid sorting out my cosmetic products in the bathroom and in the end I was glad I managed it, because this forgotten bottle felt into my hands. Since I haven't seen any hairdresser in four or five months now, because they are all closed due to Corona, I was very lucky that I found this little Olaplex product, as I know it can improve my hair's overall look without going to the Salon.

To be honest, actually I didn't want to continue to use this product, as I started step by step to change to natural cosmetic products more than half a year ago, so I thought about passing it on to someone who would appreciate it more. But as it always is, I never had the time and in the end I didn’t.

But now I’m super happy and I will finish it, because my hair looks very unhealthy, damaged and stressed at the moment. I know this Olaplex Hair Perfector would prolong the urgent visit to the hair salon. Before I first tried it some months ago, I was skeptical, but this product has truly repaired my hair after all the hair dyeing, heat treatments, sun exposure, salt water and especially the chlorinated water, what is used as tap water on the Canary Islands.

But what’s about the decision I have made to use only natural cosmetic products….??? ;-)

To calm my bad conscience I searched the internet and found out that all Olaplex products are produced cruelty-free and vegan. They only use safe ingredients to create quality, non-toxic products. Olaplex doesn’t contain any Parabens, Phthalates, Colorants, Formaldehyde and it’s also free of silicone, sulfates, peroxide, gluten, soy, and dairy.

Wow, apart from the really good hair care results, these facts gave me the last straw to convince myself that I can continue using this product without guilt.

I know, you also can, of course, start to complain about the plastic bottle, but since this product is very efficient, I won’t produce a lot of plastic waste. In addition, I could reuse this bottle for a self made make-up remover liquid. This snatched away the last point of objection…or not???

Since my hair was very stressed, dull and damaged I used Olaplex Perfector N° 3 immediately , which is an at-home product but it’s not an ordinary conditioner. Because it doesn’t only affect the surface of the hair, but penetrates deep into the hair and restore the bondings between the atoms. That’s why it really reduces breakage, repairs damages, gives visibly strengthens and protects the hair structure.

Do you like to know how I used it?

It’s super simple. First I washed my hair regularly.

I applied a generous amount, whereby I still had a sufficient amount left over to use it for further applications, from the roots to the ends on damp, towel dried hair.

I combed through once and leave on for a minimum of 10 minutes or more. Then I rinsed my hair with water.

At the end I gave my hair a little blow-dry and I already could notice and feel how much the texture of my hair has improved, as you can see on the pics as well. I always have super dry highlighted hair. If I didn't use this it would be straw in a while. But now my hair is really smooth soft and shiny. Love it.

Since we are all in the same boat and we all won't be able to visit the hairdresser in the near future, you should treat yourself and give your hair some love with the Olaplex Perfector N°3, even if it’s a little more expensive than a normal conditioner, it’s really worth it and after all we save some money for not visiting the hairdresser. That’s why we can also allow us some me-time and give yourself a little self-care and treat you hair. Afterwards you will feel much better, I promise.
