Why I Have Posted A Dated Outfit And How To Dress An Hourglass Silhouette?

I haven't captured any new outfits for a long time, because right now I'm not so motivated to spend my time in creating new looks. I don't know why, but I'm not so into it. Which is totally okay, because there's time for everything. But I still have some outfits pics, I captured in march. Therefore today I’m gonna post an outfit, which is a more dated, but not less interesting.

On the contrary, cause this outfit was created after a production of a series. When a shootings is wrapped we always have some items left, which we unfortunately couldn't use or couldn’t return due to the constantly occupied time during shooting. In the end the return date has expired.

As for example these pants I couldn’t return, since all shops were closed because of the Alam state of corona. We actually wanted to use it for a secondary actress. But finally we dressed her differently. So these pants may remains in possession of the Canary Islands Wardrobe-Rental for film productions.

Just to check out how the pants fit I combined an outfit with some garments of my existing wardrobe. Due to the shape of the pants I tried to dress an hourglass silhouette cause these pants are very suitable to create that body shape. The hourglass silhouette is naturally balances with a define waist. The key to create this body shape is by dressing proportionally the top and bottom of the body while accentuating the waist. Normally I lean towards an inverted triangle shape, cause I have slightly fleshy upper arms which make my shoulder line look wider.

But this shouldn't be a problem, important is to ensure not to unbalance the body frame by making it either top or bottom heavy. So I combined these ballon fitted paper-bag pants with a basic tee with small ruffles at shoulder. I tucked the shirt into the trousers and the dark belt of the pants accentuate my waist, cause darker colors around the waist help to emphasize the waist perfectly. Important is to opt for simple, clean garments that don’t clutter up the silhouette.

Normally I have short legs, I’m not the slimmest and have some trouble areas. But I feel good the way I am and if not, cause sometimes I also feel uncomfortable, I know how I can dress myself to slenderize. As the high rise cut of the paper bag trousers and the heels my legs appears elongated, which helps to create an advantageous appearance. Dressed like this I feel quite good, with my little belly, too short legs, small boobs and fleshy arms.

In my opinion, nobody can say that they always feel comfortable, even skinny people have their problems. But the right choice of clothes can support or hide many trouble areas. That's why you should consider how and what you wear. That's much more important than going with every fashion trend and always having the newest collection in your wardrobe. It’s much more important to have a couple of timeless pieces, where you know that these items are the most suitable to feel you good.
