How To Make Sock Boots Without Sewing And Gluing – DIY Tutorial

Great is, you don’t need to buy them, you can make your own Sock Boots at home with only three items.

Today I’m gonna show you how to make your own DIY easy sock boots. 

It’s really simple, easy and quick. 

You need just 3 items:

1. ) scissors

2.) heels

3.) socks

I just took an old pair of stilettos, which are really comfortable and I even found some black knee socks in my closet.

In my last post about the double denim look “Double-Denim Newbie Or True Expert – Here Is How To Style It” I already wore these black DIY sock boots. Take a look to check out how they look with a complete outfit.

But now let us begin:

1. Step: Pull the socks over the shoes. It’s a little bit tricky to pull them over the hills. But after some seconds you will get it. 

2. Step: Take the scissors and snip a small part, that the heel has space to come out. Watch out, the hole should not be too big. Better cut a smaller hole, as it will unravel on its own due to the mesh material and it gets bigger.

3. Step: Afterwards make sure the socks are nice and snug around the shoes. Adjust them to the right position.

4. Step:  Put the shoes on and wear them as classic sock boots or pull them up to the knees and wear them like the yeezy inspired sock boot. You can wear them over or under the pants, with dress or skirt. They are very versatile to combine. 

Here I have another variety, there are made of tennis socks. These calf-high sock boots are also pretty cool and hip. In one of my next outfit post’s you gonna see this couple, too.

And now make your own DIY sock boots. You have seen how easy it is.

You can make a whole bunch of every color and style: white, green, gray, purple, lilac, pink, calf-high, knee-high, over knee, newland etc…

You only need to spend a few Euro to buy socks if you do not have the right ones in your closet, instead of spending almost 1000 euros on designer boots. I think every lady has a pair of old high heels at home. A big benefit is that you have your own custom-made sock boots and no one else except you wear them. Another good thing is, you can recycle your old shoes and even socks. I think, that’s a good contribution to help the environment…right?
